I am going to have my liscense suspended soon and I was wondering if anyone out there has any ideas for working from home when I can’t drive? I have excellent written communication skills and am proficient in HTML and all Microsoft Office software.

I am from Australia and I am setting up a web based business in the US. The sole revenue source will be adsense and YPN. If I were to incorporate in Delaware, would this be considered taxable as Google and Yahoo are both incorporated in Delaware. I will technically not be doing any business in Delaware other than incorporating. Is it better to incorporate outside of Delaware in this case…. such as Wyoming?

I really am searching for a job, as long as it is an internet-based kind of job, anything from, stuffing envelopes, processing e-mails, answering surveys, making academic research papers, academic essays, anything. I am very good with the internet researching, and I can type real fast. Anybody, who can advise me with what to do, please, I am very willing to know. Because my problem is, I don't exactly have any capital, so to say, in order for me to join those kind of companies. So, I need an internet-based job that's absolutely free. Or for any case even just free only for a trial-period, that's fine with me as long as I can pay for the eventual fee, when in fact I've already had some money out of what I got during the free-trial period. Please, I am a very trustworthy person, and I really need the money, I am a college student, who can barely make ends meet. And I'd really like to finish my schooling, as a bachelor majoring in Music. Thanx id do anything for Music!!!

I used to teach a course called Breaking into Freelance Writing for a local university. The course is desgined for anyone who wants to write for magazines, newspapers or Internet sites. I have income, profit sharing, from an off shore internet company. I am wondering how I should be computing my "estimated tax" on this money, as there is an element of risk. Should I calculate it once the funds reach my payment processor, or once they are accumulated in my account?
Also, I'm not sure how to classify this income on my tax forms.
Before anyone suggest…I will be hiring a tax professional, but I won't be doing it until the end of year, and want to be sure that I am paying "enough" tax so as not to incur penalties.
