We provide Web/Software Development Services as well as Hardware/Networking Service to our clients. Should I issue a bill with 12.36% Service Tax?
Is it depends upon total taxable income for service tax limits?

Do defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin or Boeing offer telecommuting jobs that would be survivable on a full-time college student schedule? I’d like to accumulate money for school loan debt and simultaneously establish connections to where I would like to work after graduating, but I don’t think it’s likely that they’re offering work-at-home jobs. And even if they do, it’s probably not manageable having a job and being a full-time student at the most selective college in Colorado…

I want to be a personal assistant. Keep in mind that this personal assistant position would be telecommuting, meaning through contact by email, text message, or phone. And as a personal assistant, I would be assisting one person, not a whole company. Here’s how I see it: as a personal assistant, my duties would be the things that you don’t have the time to do. Whether it would be calling your cell phone service to update your contract, or even sending your niece a birthday card. I would do online shopping for you, calling any of your services (like lawn care services), or sending messages through the mail. How I see it is that every morning you would send me an email telling me of all the duties that I need to have completed by the end of the day or week. I would get them completed, then email you back. I am only 16, but I have a 4.0 GPA and I’m very organized. I would like to develop a trusting and close relationship with my employer. If you are interested, please email me. Thanks.

Are the Dems like me? Do they hope to use the internet to make low income people pay sales taxes?
What does it say about Dems when they do all they can to keep using regressive taxes such as sales tax?
Do you support me and the Dems? If not, vote to get rid of Hillary and Pelosi.

I’m looking for a legitimate job that is work from home. I currently have a job that allows me to work from home but circumstances came up which require me to find a second job. I have three kids so going to a job would defeat the purpose of the seccond job once you figure in daycare for all three kids. Does anybody know of a legitimate work from home job? I have a BA and am very diversified. Thanks.

Am I the only one who is sick of the infantile bashing going on here and in the media? They harp on Obama for supposedly being an anti-American pro-muslim and rip him for an obvious common sense idea like keeping your tires properly inflated, and on the other side they’re calling McCain McSame and ripping him because he doesn’t know how many houses he and his wife own. Why can’t anyone address the issue of who should be our next President based on the issues?
Try this on for size:
EXPERIENCE
Amount of time served in the U.S. Senate
OBAMA: 173 days
McCAIN: 22 years
Served in the U.S. Armed Forces
OBAMA: No
McCAIN: Yes
ISSUES
Development and extraction of U.S. oil sources (ANWR, Bakken Formation, and off-shore drilling)
OBAMA: Opposes
McCAIN: Supports
Federal Government-controlled nationalized universal health care
OBAMA: Supports
McCAIN: Opposes
Gun ownership rights of U.S. citizens:
OBAMA: Opposes
McCAIN: Supports
Homosexual marriage
OBAMA: Supports
McCAIN: Opposes
Establishing English as the official language of the U.S.
OBAMA: Opposes
McCAIN: Supports
Social security benefits for illegal immigrants
OBAMA: Supports
McCAIN: Opposes
Removal of all U.S. forces in Iraq immediately upon assuming office
OBAMA: Supports

Capital Gains Tax on Sale of Homes:
OBAMA: 28% tax on profit of all home sales
McCAIN: 0% tax on home sales up to 0,000.00 for couples, no change in existing taxes
Capital Gains Tax on Stocks, IRAs, Mutual Funds, College Funds, Life Insurance, and other investments that pay or reinvest dividends:
OBAMA: 39.6%
McCAIN: 15% (no change)
Inheritance Tax
OBAMA: Reinstate inheritance tax to 38% starting tax rate for estates valued over 0,000.00, and the tax rate goes up as the value of the estate goes up
McCAIN: 0% (no change, inheritance tax repealed by George W. Bush)
Income Tax:
OBAMA: Reversion to pre-Bush tax cuts, typical married couple making ,000.00 a year would have to pay ,800.00 in Federal taxes
McCAIN: No change, typical married couple making ,000.00 a year would have to pay ,000.00 in Federal taxes
New taxes proposed
OBAMA: New taxes on homes that are more than 2,400 square feet, Windfall Profits Tax on oil companies, new gasoline taxes, new taxes on natural resources consumption (heating gas, water, electricity) new taxes on retirement accounts, new taxes for Federal Government-controlled nationalized universal health care.
McCAIN: None.

I am looking for quality companies that I can submit my resume for working at home. Does anyone have any ideals in this subject matter? I do not want to pay to find a job or I do not want to be part of a Network/Multi-level pyramid. I am looking for ways to work at home.
Sincerely yours
Richard Thompson

I’ve been working for one year with this company which is thousands of km far, and which I’ve never seen.
I’m now promoted to marketing assistant
It’s a cool job but I feel sometimes forgotten!
Maybe the lack of internal communication ?
Any advice on how to reinforce my position and take care of my carrer would be very appreciated!
Thanks!

My goal is to work from home. I’d like to find an employer who offers this flexibility. I prefer to work with paper files, which can either be pick-up or over-nighted to me or I suppose I could access work info. via the company’s network or internet website. I’ve tried the "data entry/typist" jobs and lost about . Does anyone have any ideas for me about big companies that might offer telecommuting positions? I simply want to be in my own comfortable environment, doing my job, and of course, earning a paycheck.

When i say strictly off the internet, I am mostly referring to getting paid by advertisers who pay you to advertise on your website. Can you live off that alone?

Does anyone know any internet jobs that are available for teenagers? I want to have a job over the summer, somthing I could do at home. I don’t want to do any telecommuting or aanything like that. Is anyone actually doing any jobs that actually work? I am only asking because I looked around already and for some odd reason I have to pay them to get a job , and that is reallllyy wierd. Thanks =]

For this new job, I need to be in the office. But I think I can handle telecommuting job before/after work or during weekend. (I just need to get things done. When I work is not terribly important for telecommuting job.)
Is this Legal? I am reading lots of posts that it is in yahoo answers page, but also saw someone saying it is not legal. I can’t find legal documents that states it is legal or illegal.
Am I required to tell my employers? They are in different industry and not competitor whatsoever. (no conflict of interest in that matter)
I really want to know definite answer. I read people who have done it, but it looks like it is in different shift like 9am-5pm, 6pm-2am. In my case, it can overlap, in somewhat similar like a writer for wallstree journal (I am not writer) writing for another freelance job while he is in the office…
Thanks in advance. I don’t know how this will turn out, I might quit one job (most likely) in a few months IF I can’t handle both
Yes, It is legitimate full time position. I get salary and small year end bonus.
I have not signed any kind of agreement other than standard employment agreement which didn’t say anything about not having another job…

Ok so I signed up on a freelance site and immediately started getting projects to bid on. The problem is I think it’s just another internet scam. They want me to write 100 500 word articles in two weeks for 0. Freelancers who sell to magazines typically make about 1000 for a 1200 word article. Has anyone had any success with freelance sites? I am NOT looking for freelance websites – I’m asking for people who have done it and their experience.
Spammers, be aware – I do NOT want your .biz websites and I will have your answer removed immediately.
