Is there an internet service company that offers discounts for the low income?
I am currently using COX highspeed and I live in San Diego. I have used COX for four years now and they increased my internet fees! I was thinking of using other internet service. Thanks!

I live in SD too but I’m not aware of any providers for low income. They won’t advertise it, you’ll have to call around. Call some DSL providers like AT&T or Verizon to see if they offer any assistance.

No. They all offer different services for different rates, though. It may be possible to subscribe to a lower speed connection and save a LOT of money, it depends on how fast you really need.
