They require a membership fee to see the listings. If you have ever heard of this or know a legitimate place to find telecommuting/work-at-home full-time or part-time jobs (NO SELLING), please let me know.

I am interested in instructional design, teaching, tutoring, data entry, proofreading, etc.

Thanks! :)

My husband and I are living in the U.S…My husband has an opportunity to take an international assignment in Japan for a year. We’ve decided to jump at the opportunity and we will be leaving as soon as 3 months from now.

I have just started my career less than a year ago, and I have the chance to keep my job and telecommute from Japan. I am torn about keeping my job or not working while in Japan and pursuing my artistic interests (writing, painting, photography, etc) as well as getting to really experience the culture–maybe even teaching English part time. Will working full time from home in Japan take away from that experience? I realize it is up to me how much I want to "get" from the experience of living in Japan–I just don’t know whether the stress of being in another country and working full time will be more than I’d like to handle. If you had the choice, what would you do?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have 15 years of Finance and Accounting background and would like to crossover to the IT area. I would like to earn a certification that I can use to work from home, perhaps freelance. Anyone know of a good, ‘relevant’, certification I can earn in less than a year (studying full time) and preferably that can be studied online or correspondence method. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Job #1 has very flexible schedule, and job #2 has semi flexible schedule. Job#2 is managing a very quiet gallery basically sending email/answering calls/sending out flyers. Most of time, I am just sitting around, but I need to be there. And I can definitely do another part time (job#1), but they want me to work full time now (this is off site telecommuting job for blogging website)

Question I have is……Am I even allowed to do that?
When they mail out W2 forms at the end of year, would they automatically know I am also employed at another company?
Do I need to inform both employers? I see this many times, usually more of top level people who hold title of director or manager or chairman to 3 or 4 companies.

Also……How will I be taxed? Combine both W2, and tax on total?
Thanks.

Do defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin or Boeing offer telecommuting jobs that would be survivable on a full-time college student schedule? I’d like to accumulate money for school loan debt and simultaneously establish connections to where I would like to work after graduating, but I don’t think it’s likely that they’re offering work-at-home jobs. And even if they do, it’s probably not manageable having a job and being a full-time student at the most selective college in Colorado…

For this new job, I need to be in the office. But I think I can handle telecommuting job before/after work or during weekend. (I just need to get things done. When I work is not terribly important for telecommuting job.)

Is this Legal? I am reading lots of posts that it is in yahoo answers page, but also saw someone saying it is not legal. I can’t find legal documents that states it is legal or illegal.

Am I required to tell my employers? They are in different industry and not competitor whatsoever. (no conflict of interest in that matter)

I really want to know definite answer. I read people who have done it, but it looks like it is in different shift like 9am-5pm, 6pm-2am. In my case, it can overlap, in somewhat similar like a writer for wallstree journal (I am not writer) writing for another freelance job while he is in the office…

Thanks in advance. I don’t know how this will turn out, I might quit one job (most likely) in a few months IF I can’t handle both
Yes, It is legitimate full time position. I get salary and small year end bonus.
I have not signed any kind of agreement other than standard employment agreement which didn’t say anything about not having another job…

As my wife and I both work full time, getting them to and from childcare is very time consuming and expensive. Either my wife or I have to leave work early losing hours to pick them up from school and take them to the sitters who I also pay. As I do most of the cooking and cleaning around the house it would be easiest if I could work from home. However I need to be able to replace my current income. I need a legit work at home job that can make 35 to 40k a year. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Due to a disability I am not able to work full-time. I cannot stand or sit for long periods of time either. For the past couple of months I have tying to connect with companies that say they have "telecommuting" jobs available. Unfortunately, most of these are scams. I am really discouraged, I am also a senior citizen. So I tried some of the sites
on AARP. These seem to be mostly for second career or social connections. Hopefully someone may have some suggestions.

Has anyone had an experience with a company that will provide legitimate work from home (administrative type work – data entry, transcription, copy type, etc.)? Alternatively, does anyone know of employment agencies that offer this type of work?

I am seeking this kind of work to supplement income at this point, but if there were the possibility of it turning into full-time, that would be great too.

After months of research all I have to show from my search is countless scams. I would appreciate any information you could offer. Thanks so much.

This is abit complicated but I am going to try and explain the best I can.

I live in the uk where i am a full time student, i have just finished at a job working mon-fri 9-5, since april 08 i earnt £5500 and paid £565 in tax. I worked out online i am due a rebate of around £450 becuase I will be an unemployed full time student from now until the end of the tax year.
But to complecate this I will be doing the odd bit of freelance work in my final year, i am not self employed as i am a full time student but i need to invoice the person i do freelance for. I am going to still get the rebate and then do i need to declare the money i get from the freelance and will i have to pay tax, i just have no idea what i am meant to do…?

Any help, advice, links would be awesome =]

Thanks

I need a job, but I am a full time mom, with two young children, so a work from home job would be the most ideal. I’m currently enrolled at a Medical Transcription school but want to work while completing the course.

So I’ve looked and looked and can’t seem to find anything about this. I’ve been working for a company over the past year. This company doesn’t have an office so I do my work from home (telecoummuting). I’m full time with benefits and all, but I feel like there should be some things I can deduct from my taxes since I’m using all my own equipment, electricity and space. Does anyone know what tax advantages I can get?

Thanks

My job allows me to telecommute full-time which has given me a certain degree of freedom with where I live. I’m interested in moving to France. Is it possible to live there if I already have a job that would allow me to telecommute? And by doing so, is it possible to become a French citizen after a certain amount of time?

I've been flooded with so many emails about income opportunities online. And most of them are asking a fee to try their income generating system although signing up as a memeber is free. They said it is a home business program based in the internet. Anyone could earned thousands of dollars by working part time or full time. Are these true?

Does anyone know where I can find/work as a freelance writer online? I am a full-time college student and don't have a full eight hours straight to devote to a regular job. Instead I have a few hours here and there and that's different hours depending on the day of the week because of my class schedule. I have been writing online articles for a few places, but the more places I can find the easier it is to make sure I have enough money to pay my bills. Please help if you know of anywhere online that hires freelance writers.

Thanks
