How To Be A Digital Nomad

I am already into marketing and distribution business and have a well established marketing firm.
Now, I would like to provide some livelihood to the ppl in my surrounding by employing them with data entry and a sort of freelancing work. Neither money nor manpower is a problem.

I am staying in India. I find that most of the home based jobs are provided by foreign companies to local people.

And most of them asking for experience previously and I don’t have the same. But I do have a typing speed of 50 per minute. Initially I require data entry type of jobs.
