Summary: The article revolved around the question "would access to the world wide web be abused or constructively used? The question was answered through A HomeNetToo project organized by Linda Johnson, a psychology professor at Michigan State University. The project supported low-income households that had children between ages 10 and 16 with a computer with Internet access. The results were that children that spend an average of 30 minutes on the computer had higher scores than those that spend less time on the computer. Johnson believe that this is the case because the Internet is text-based.
