What college courses or degree should I take in order to be a successful and skilled writer?

I know mastery of the English language is a given.
I also think knowledge about web programming would help. Is this right to assume this?
I also assume, I would have to know a bit of illustration, and animation to make it in this digital age. Is this an incorrect assumption?
I would like to specialize in the subject matter of politics, theology, history and philosophy. If write about subjects dealing human nature and persuasion.
As what direction, I wish to do some journalism, articles, and books of non-fiction. I would wish to be a speech writer as well.
What degree or college courses could I take or should take that cover such a spectrum?
Any chance it could be taken in three years?
Or is it possible to major in web based computer skills as a major to be used as main income and minor on the side in another subject of interest? What advice would you give to me that help me reach my goal?
Thanks ahead of time.
Please you do not have to answer all. Answer what you can. Thank you ahead of time.
no interest in electronics. Ty any ways.
The reason for the three years is not because I am in a hurry.
It is because it is how long my funding for school will last once I begin to use it.
