Where are what type of telecommuting positions are avaliable?
Friday, February 5th, 2010I have surfed basically every WAH forum there is out there, free ones and paid ones etc. I have found a few jobs as IC’s but not an employee. I realize that certain jobs are more abundant, like web design and etc, but I still have a impressive resume that should easily get a job being a virtual assistant, doing data entry, speardsheets, customer service,software tech support, live chat and moderators and human resources. My problem is the few jobs that come up are usually already filled b/c others check the forums religiously to apply, I do the same, but I have trouble either way. Anyways, I love for the top answerer on this topic also to give me his/her input. I would love a work at home job that allows a satellite connection, or is non-speaking and not adult chat, pays hourly and preferably not commision, and where I would be an employee and not an IC. Please do not respond with MLM’s surveys, ameriplan, home based businesses, scams, spams or the liking. Thanks Guys for serious responses.
What is the best, most legitimate, full-time, “employee status” Work-at-Home job?
Sunday, December 27th, 2009Hi there. I have always dreamed of working at home. I have been on many sites, but found that through "Good Morning" America show web site, there are a few good ones like Telereach, Intrep, and Alpine Acess to name a few.
Problem is, some of these sites are not so great, and their submission forms for application are not working well (i.e. they don’t seem to go through). Either that or it seems that some of them may not have their stuff together yet (i.e. they’re not well organized).
So, anyone out there with experience working at home? Can you tell me of an excellent, legitimate, "employee status"?
I DO NOT WANT a 1099/independent contractor/home-based business job! But I DO WANT a REAL work-at-home job where you get a W2 and they send you a paycheck, etc…). A nice, regular, steady job where the company really has it’s stuff together, and I can make steady income!

I have tourettes and it is bothering people at work so I though if I work at home it would make life easier. But I keep looking online but you have to pay to subscribe to their lists. But isn’t that the number one thing you should not do is pay to get a list? Should be free not have to pay.

Sunday, September 27th, 2009As my wife and I both work full time, getting them to and from childcare is very time consuming and expensive. Either my wife or I have to leave work early losing hours to pick them up from school and take them to the sitters who I also pay. As I do most of the cooking and cleaning around the house it would be easiest if I could work from home. However I need to be able to replace my current income. I need a legit work at home job that can make 35 to 40k a year. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thursday, September 10th, 2009I am currently seeking employment from 6am -2pm M-F and someone suggested that I try a telecommute job. But, everywhere I look, it seems that all I find are these scams where you have to pay to earn an income or there is no guaranteed salary. I then saw the article on Good Morning America where they stated that there really is such a thing as a " for real" work at home job in the medical coding/billing field. I would be happy even answering phones or doing customer service work. AS LONG AS IT IS LEGITIMATE ! I am a stay at home mom currently running a small at home business and just want to increase my income. When I went to ABCnews.com they did not really give specifics as to where you would go to get legitimate information regarding this subject. Where do you go to find legitimate information regarding this? Does anyone actually do this for real and for what company?
